I'm usually skeptical about buying clothing from random sites I don't know online, but this sweater was too perfect to pass up! Luckily this company is legit and the product was exactly as described. I'm so happy with the sweater! The light blue color is lovely and the sweatshirt material is very soft and comfortable. The sweatshirt isn't too warm or heavy, which is nice since I'll be able to wear it all year long. Great quality sweater and the printed images seem like they will last a long time. We gave our daughter and daughter-in-law hoodies with their 4 dog names and dog ear profiles imprinted on the hoodie sleeves. We weren't there when they opened them for Christmas, but you can see how happy the hoodies made them. And a mix-up on our part, misspelling one of the kid's names, was corrected by the Make A Dog Smile crew with no problem!

We bought these hoodies for our daughter and daughter-in-law. They have 4 puppy kids, and since they built us a casita and moved us to their home, we have 4 puppy kids, too. They called us from home to where we're spending the holidays, and gushed about the two hoodies and how perfect they are.
Just a note about service... When we ordered the hoodies and put in our specifications, all was wonderful. We got a message about production and shipping but realized we had misspelled one of the names. I frantically tried email, text, chat, send-us-a-note, phone -- no response. The production message said they were shipping on Saturday and all this try-to-fix-it was late Friday evening. We had no hope that the fix could be made, but we got an email mid-day on Saturday that they had changed the specs, made sure everything was done correctly, and shipped the hoodies. WOW!
Not often that you get real, REAL customer service like this. I think we, and our daughters, will be doing more business with "Make A Dog Smile." We certainly can recommend them at the highest level!

Never easy to lose a pet no matter how long or how little you've known them. This shirt that is absolutely customizable is one of the most unique things I've ever seen. This is why I purchased it because she can hold on her sleeve in honor the shape of her dog with a Halo on it as well as her two new puppies underneath with their names. Absolutely beautiful. Brought her to tears. And I cannot say enough. I will definitely order from this company again. I recommend it to any and all who have pets or just want to give something to someone who does have pets and bright in their day. I absolutely love this hoodie in tribute to 3 dogs that made a massive impact in my life, including my beloved Shadow who I only lost in November this year. The hood is lovely a big, the pull cords won't fray as the ends are plastic coated and it's a lovely fit. I'm a size 16/18 so had the XL size and it fits lovely. People always comment on how nice it is. It's not very thick, so I guess my only suggestion would be if they could have this one as a warmer weather hoodie, and also have a thicker version for winter as I love wearing it all the time. Good value for money as well, so I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a thicker one too. Would definitely recommend to others.
