Do I have to sign my life away?
Absolutely not! You're in control. You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing our team at hello@makeadogsmile.com. We also offer the flexibility to skip a month instead of canceling. If you just need a little space, this option is perfect! It's not goodbye, it's see you later. Please note: Any account changes should be made at least 2 days before the monthly shipping date.
Do you offer returns on the monthly subscription?
